Oasis can help you enroll in a low-cost or no-cost health plan, find a doctor, and fill prescriptions. We can also help you enroll in care programs for the uninsured that provide access to free health care (drugs, primary outpatient care, home care, insurance premium payments, and pre-exposure prophylaxis to prevent HIV infection ) for New York State residents who are uninsured or underinsured.
